Some of the lines showing the ants in motion are similar to elements found in cartoon drawings, especially earlier cartoon drawings. The movement in this drawing is reminiscent of the famous painting titled Dynamisms of a Dog that is currently part of the permanent collection at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery: museum in Buffalo, New York.It would be whimsical to display this animal drawing in a kitchen.
